As a long-time guest of this motel, I’ve witnessed its ups and downs over the years. For a while, it felt like the property had been neglected—with little attention to cleanliness, comfort, or customer experience. However, during my most recent stay, I noticed something different—something genuinely encouraging. The motel has recently come under new management, and although they’ve only been in charge for about a month, the improvements are already noticeable. The rooms now feature new locks, which immediately added a sense of security and peace of mind. The bathtubs and fixtures have clearly been updated as well, giving the bathrooms a fresh, clean look that was long overdue. What impressed me most was the conversation I had with the current management team. They shared their vision for rebranding and revitalizing the entire property—from installing a new sign out front to repainting the exterior of the building. It’s clear that they’re not just making surface-level changes; they’re committed to transforming the motel’s image and providing a better experience for guests. What stood out even more than the physical updates, however, was the shift in atmosphere. The staff were more attentive, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of their guests—something that had been lacking in the past. For the first time in a long while, I’m actually looking forward to returning. It’s encouraging to see new management taking pride in the property and working hard to create a welcoming, safe, and pleasant place to stay. I believe this motel is on the right track, and I’m hopeful that even more positive changes are on the horizon. If you’ve stayed here before and been disappointed, it’s worth giving it another chance. And if you’re a first-time visitor, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the direction this place is headed.

Watched this place glow up! The new management is really working hard to make this place sparkle. the renovations are going smoothly and the new rooms are mint. would recommend this place for a night or 2 but they also offer weekly rates that aren’t bad at all.

Place has been remodeled. It's super quiet , under new management. The lighting in the rooms are really good. Really quiet at night , no issues. Right beside a gas station and restaurants.

I love staying here I first stayed back in 1995 when toys r us was still around and they had a bob evans restroom such a good time. I've stayed every year since. This play is a staple of bowling green and many high class citizens of the city recommended this hotel to they family. I was last here 4 weeks ago on June 28 I only stayed s few hours and had to go buy the time I was there was great. They had free cable.the Indian guy is a great host very articulate and well mannered he presented himself very well

Help, I’ve been locked in room 72 for 3 weeks—or more, I’m losing count of the days. At first, I thought this was a regular motel stay. But then the remodeling began, and things got interesting. The shower handle was already broken when I got here (I think?), and it still is, but now it’s been painted beige, which I assume counts as an upgrade. It’s loud outside, especially during the witching hour, when the contractors return to chant drywall incantations and slam doors like they’re testing them for wind resistance. One night I heard someone vacuuming gravel. I don’t know if that’s part of the remodel or a personal hobby. I haven’t been fed in 6 months, which is strange because I checked in just last week. Time works differently here. I haven’t seen sunlight since 1984. That was a good year. The Beatles were still together and so was my grip on reality. The walls have shifted slightly, which I think is due to “foundational realignment,” or possibly the earth trying to reclaim this place. The carpet has been upgraded to a newer shade of brown confusion, and the ceiling fan now wobbles in a way that feels emotionally supportive. Despite all this, the landlords are truly kind, helpful, and maybe even real. They’ve asked me to leave a good review, and how could I not? Their compassion shines through, even if the light bulbs don’t. They do, though. They’re so bright. How do I turn the lights off? How do I turn these lights off? Please Jacob, turn the lights off. The improvements by new management truly speak volumes. I’m really happy with my stay here.
